Well you can setup IIS as a webserver, you also need to enable dns etc. You might want to rethink that for a couple of reasons.

1. What type of Internet line is connected to your "server". If it is home dsl you need to check with your ISP to see if servers are permitted (they are not on many ISP's terms of use).
If it is permitted you need to be concerned with outbound speed. (since all visitors will be using the outbound speed for delivery of your pages.)

2. You will need your ISP to setup the reverse DNS lookup for your domain. (It is conntrolled from the IP issuer not your server)

3. You need to register your DNS servers with the Domain Registrar and then point you domain to those DNS servers.

Did you say this is a yahoo domain, like .yahoo.com? If so, call your office. Yahoo.com will need to do your DNS.

If not, don't forget to get a static IP address. Have your registrar do the DNS and get IIS setup and that should do it.
