Her Royal Majesty the Queen Victoria [of the United Kingdom], Princess of Hanover, Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Duchess of Saxony, Brunswick and Lunenburg.
Before her coronation, she was Her Royal Highness Princess Victoria of Kent.
Also, Her Imperial Majesty Queen Victoria or Empress Victoria of India for the colonies.
When spoken of, the Christian or chosen name usually remains and all other names are dropped, and then the titles follow in ascending order i.e. Her Royal Highness the Princess Elizabeth, Duchess of Edinburgh.
EDIT: She didn't carry over the Hanover name. That was passed to a male relation but she remained Princess of Hanover till the day she died.

After many decades of interest in history I have never heard of her being called Her Imperial Majesty after becoming Empress of India! She was surely always and only Her Majesty from 1837.
