My favorite animal is a dog. They are so loving, forgiving and comforting and they can always make me laugh when I'm down. I have 2 and they are like my children.

Lion. I was born a leo and I could seriously identify with the sign. I love the how beautiful and majestic they are. They truly are the kings of the jungles. They're loyal to their pride and they are warriors. Plus, their cubs are so cute. I seriously want to adopt all the mistreated lions out there. I was thinking about moving to Tampa, Florida and helping with the Big Cat Rescue.

Bear.. The bears are one of the few true symbols of the wilderness we have left. Often misunderstood, bears are not man-eating killing machines, but are omnivorous, eating mostly vegetation, fish, roots, and clams. Bear attacks on humans are very rare, and killings even rarer. I think what attaches me to these animals is their element of mystery. Imagine, walking through the forest, taking in the beautiful scenery. Trees everywhere. Life in full bloom, every direction leads to the unknown. Yet, man walks through with no fear. Then we add the bear to the picture. We rarely see them, but know they are out there. You hear a rustling in the bushes up ahead. Is it a bear? you think, tensing up with a feeling of uneasiness, yet invigorating. Man is now second on the food chain. Yet bears have shown us more mercy than we have ever shown them. They are large and powerful, able to smash us with a blow or 2, but they dont kill needlessly like we humans do.
