you can use the verb "to steam clean" , as in "every Friday evening I steam clean my face", or you can use steam alone, "I steam my face to remove blackheads". Sauna is also applicable, usually for the whole body, a room you walk into rather than a localised treatment for the face.

Steaming is a verb, perhaps you mean an adjective?? if so it is called facial steaming.
Other verbs could be cleansing or exfoliating.
