LOL...are you serious? Do you even realize how ridiculous this sounds?
Comparing the USA to the lesser nations of the world...that's like saying "My little brother's baseball team always goes out for pizza after a game, so why don't the New York Yankees?"

Are you on dope????
First... The United States of America can not pass a law that declares something legal or illegal on foriegn soil.
Second... when muslim terrorists, or any terrorist is apprehended it is with just cause to cite your example if it were thought that siad person had killed an American citizen. (over simplified at best)
When muslim terrorists kidnap it is simply an act of terrorism regardless of the innocence or guilt of the person kidnapped.
Further Rendition and extraordinary or irregular rendition do claim that it is legal for the US to kidnap anyone. It is a legal process that describes the transfer of persons from one state to another in custody or from on country to another.
Geeze... at least do a little research before you start making stuff up... otherwise you look like the typical liberal... bending facts to try and make a point.

Do Muslims go in and snatch their own citizens? For one thing, they're a religion, not a country. So it doesn't apply. You'd have to give examples of countries going in and snatching their citizens.
I don't know what angle you're coming from, except an anti-American one.
I thought teorrorists were people who were trying to bring down the government, by killing its own citizens (as in the case of Iraq) or bombing innocent civilians, like the 9/11.

Of course the US government employs terrorism to achieve its political objectives. It's always done this as far as the 20th and 21st centuries are concerned. This is why the rest of the world perceives this "war against terror" as one big hypocritical joke. Sure other governments have joined in to this "coalition", but they did it because they don't have to go to an election to wage war. Ultimately the decision to go to war is up to the government, and not the population. This is why representative democracy sucks, and why those governments are in the processes of being elected out.

America the official terrorist? I saw the results of what real terrorists do to people and they don't even have to have ever done anything to them or thought to have done anything just being alive is good enough reason for them to mutilate and kill people. Can you comprehend the difference?? You are very rude and not very bright to say that about America shame on you!

I do think it shows contempt for the sovereignty of other nations. I do think it puts us in no position to lecture other countries about human rights. I do not think it actually qualifies as "terrorism."
