Please tell me this temple locations in Chennai

I have visited many temples in almost all areas of the city for the past several years, but have not heard Karuppaswamy temple anywhere. May be some small temple not very famous some where in the outskirts. Definitely it is not near Vadapalani or Kodambakkam area

Karuppasamy Temple is located at Mudhalaikulam near Usilampatti. You can visit the site below for a lovely picture of the temple

i understand one temple in Chennai stated as Parthasarthy Temple.Its very stable & historical one.Please pass to as quickly as. Sorry,i dont understand approximately Karuppasamy Temple.enable me enquire with my uncle in chennai.
