'He's really nice' and like the sucker I am I got talked into a bad choice not once my dear ones, but twice. The joke is, she denies having anything to do with it, when it was her that talked me into meeting both guys. Wasted five years of my life on this bad advice. Yes she did try to talk me out of it, but after what? it was too late to think straight.

My guidance counsellor in high school suggested I go into Hotel & Restaurant management instead of computer science like I originally wanted. He said that there were a lot of people that couldn't find jobs in the computer market, but hospitality was going to be the big thing in the future.
I went to college for it, realised it was bunk by the second year and had to reapply for one of the computer programmes they were offering.
I could have saved 2 years, not to mention the money I spent on stuff I didn't need.

Dear !
In our life, we receive advice's which are mostly worst. Very few people give good advice. But this is the difficult task to select a good worst advice. Even then i would like to inform that once when i was involved in love with my girlfriend, then after sometime my involvement got so serious that i started thinking of marrying her and so i informed one of my friend. Wasting no time, he got ready to help me in every aspect in fulfilling my wish . At that time i was studying.
Further, i also informed my parents about this but my mother said no to this and said that your friends are making fool of you as for time being they will help you and afterwards they will distance themselves and you will be in big trouble as you dont have enough experience to face life. At that time i got furious abt my mother but today when i regain her words, i feel that i was very much lucky that i haven't heard my friends. My mother was very much right.

worst advice ever was that of a person who told me "never trust or give your secrets to anyone" The second part was OK but the first is totaly frustrating. My advice know who to trust and you should always trust someone or your life is either empty or you are a cia agent...

The worst advice that anyone has given me is "Have an attitude, dont smile all the time!".
I fail to understand, what attitude does it reveal when you frown. So guys !! Keep Smiling!! :P

My mum told me to hold my new baby over a potty after feeding so she would pooh there rather than have a dirty nappy. Being too young myself to realize what a stupid waste of frustrating time it was, I did it! Looking back I see how stupid my mum was and most of her advise and values were SO wrong, but this was one of the most ridiculouse things she ever advised me!!!!

I was in my 2nd year of college & my girlfriend says, "Let`s drop out & move to Atlanta" I drive past that college every day, on my way to work in the factory.

You shouldn't say yes to a child!
But I never believed it. I think saying yes to a child is to demonstrate him that you trust him & love him.
I'm raising my children that way, and I'm so proud of them. They're good, confident children thank God.
