What is the best sport wear for running?

I would like to know what to wear when I'm running?
ex: black addidas pants & yellow shirt with white nike shoes
and pls tell me if there is a website for this?

I don't think that the colors are as important as the materials. The only time that matters is at night when you need to be visible. In that case, find pieces with reflective materials.

Make sure that the clothes you are wearing(especially socks) are not made out of cotton. Cotton holds in moisture(sweat), and can soak up to eight times its own weight. This becomes heavy, and the rubbing of the heavy materials is annoying. In socks, this can cause you to get blisters, sore spots, or even fungus(constant moisture).

Look for materials like merino wool, nylon, and spandex. Also, I would concentrate more on the activity than how you look.

I prefer u to wear:
Black Adidas pants with white stripes at the sides
White Adidas t-shirt
And Nike runner shoes ( i prefer Nike shoes for running,just my opinion)

Find yourself something comfortable.My summers are humid and my winters are cold so it is a balancing act what to wear on such and such a day.When I run at night I do not wear black but bright colors just to be on the safe side.

It doesn't mather wat your wearing if its confertable its fine, but make shore that you have the right shoes and run in a good track in a soft track its the best for your knees and your fetes...
