* To claim the land refering to 100s of yrs is a wrong claim & fully stupid, as it will give:

I agree. But the Jewish lobby is one of the largest in DC. So there is the reason why the Jewish claim for Palestine is "justified".

Perhaps when you educate yourself enough to spell correctly you will also learn to post your question in the correct area.

However, the Jewish people did originate in the area now called Palestine. After World War II and the Holocaust many of them were relocated there by the British government. Where else would you have them go? Do you suggest that a homeland should have been set up for them in an area where they had no historical presence?

I agree with you. the Jewish State is based upon theolgical beliefs and biblical references. Its the only modern state I can think of to use the bible to justify their existence and foreign policy. it may not be correct and as you say could lead to a lot of people claiming others land but its how it is and at this point will not change.
