i can answer this - i'm from texas and slept in a holiday inn express last night.
Dinner for George:
cocktail (or tea)
beef puree soup
16 oz steak cooked over mesquite
baked potato with all the fixings
side of mushrooms
side of artichoke
side of ranch style grilled bread
salad w/ ranch style dressing
tira miso w/ coffee
brandy on the terrace (or more coffee)
