I usually walk it off,it doesn't help to scream & hollar,that just gives me a headache!while walking you dont realize it but you walk & think,this really helps me! Its best to get away from the person/situation that has you that upset in the first place!

i clean until my room, house is spotless. then I'm too tired so i wash and falls asleep. when i wake up i feel a lot better. and see things clearly.
