Going to the dentist, backing up my itunes files, confronting a bully, grooming my hyper dog, speaking in public, grading a stack of papers, filling my gas tank, buying the "forever" stamps, following celebrity news, watching reality TV, using big words, listening to people who rant, talking on my cell phone while driving, using the vacuum, and cleaning the attic, refrigerator, and garage.
Until the end of May, I am trying to avoid any images or details about the upcoming 17 year cicada emergence in our region. Yuck, millions and millions of giant bugs with the ability to fly and produce deafening sounds. There will be no avoiding them!

Most people...and I'm avoiding having to walk in the summer Florida heat because I don't have a car...and I'm trying to avoid another argument. I just want out peacefully.
