They aim to always please others first without thinking about themselves. I call this a weakness of women because most of the time, women are not taken or treated for her worth and although she's always there to make sure her husband is happy and her kids are taken care off before she can even think of herself, at the end of the day, most of the time, hardly anyone notices her efforts yet alone appreciate them.

Absolutely wrong about thinking of common weakness of women. It is the weakness of mind which becomes an attributable factor toward common weakness of women..
Women who is only capable of being mother cannot inherent any weakness so the question by itself needs a review.

the common weaknesses of women are that they think they are stronger because they can handle the extreme pain of child birth. However, being a Dad is also extremely taxing and women need to realize this. They don't, and that is the common weakness.

They just don't know how to say no, and this does them no good as they get into relationships they shouldn't. Ambrose Bierce defines refusal as follows:
