fantasy is all that keeps me alive lately. I imagine touching him, embracing him, I imagine myself in his arms... The distance is so painful sometimes that i feel like screaming to the walls... but I said to him once... if this pain is the necessary evil to make us happy when we will finally meet, then I'll take this pain as a sweet one

For a little while I guess. But when you snap back to reality that feeling hurts and makes you kind of feel confused. But fantasies can be somewhat comical sometimes, and can sometimes involve really farfetched scenarios. I guess as long as it doesn't interfere with your work a lot it shouldn't be a big problem.
