hi i went out with my best friend after two years we started to have sex now then a yr later we broke up but now i cant see her because i keep seeing her nude in my head and i what to find a way of get it out plz help

I have said for so long "boys and girls cannot be friends".
They both start liking each other or one starts liking the other. Or one gets a BF/GF and the BF/GF is jealous of their opposite sex friend. Or they hook up and can't be "friends" anymore because of their past relationship.
There is really no way to get out of this. You still like her, whether it be emotionally or physically. STart out by being aquaintences rather than friends for now. If you hang out with her too much, your feelings will only get stronger. You may never get the friendship you once had with her back. I'm not friends with any ex's I've have for the same reason. I don't want to lead them on, and if I start being friends, I might end p liking them again. If it didn't work the first time (or 2nd... or 3rd..) it won't work at all!

I really suggest not having sex before you are married and this is just one of the reasons! Maybe you'll back on this situation when you are wanting to have sex with another girl and remember that it only met your needs during the moment and that it was really hard to move on. Now that you're in the situation, I don't really know what to tell you. Really tell yourself that you're nothing but friends and FORCE the bad out of your head - don't dwell on it. Good luck...

Try and think of happier times and get to know each other again, these thoughts will pass as you get other girlfriends ect.
