what do you predict will happen next season?
I think Jake will emerge as the leader of the town. We're gonna see mad flashbacks of his father. The saltmine girl's parents will come back. The farmer and the irs agent will have a baby. Jake will have an affair with the tomboy. Hawkins will fall in love with his wife...etc

I can see Jake becoming more of a leader, but they've also been redeeming the adulterer brother and he was deputy mayor, so they might would want to make him the new town leader.
