I agree with the fish eating. I eat tuna everyday for lunch and fish 3 - 4 times for dinner. Frozen fish from the store (even wild caught) is fine every day. Not all fish and even cleaned fish does not contain mercury. Tuna, salmon trout are the problem fish, however when they are cleaned the fillets do not have merc in them. Also, wild caught like bluegills, bass, crappie catfish have very little merc but depending on where they are caught the PCB's are the problems. There would be warnings on the body of water.
Store bought fish is practically merc and PCB free. EAT away. I have a girlfriend that is all she eats. Rice, fish and veggies. I also have relatives in Italy off the coast and they eat pasta and fish every day.

It would depend on the source and type of fish if it would be bad for you to eat it every day. Generally fish are a healthy food.
Farmed fish may be safe, but wild caught fish may not be. In a river near where I live, there are advisories to limit how much of certain fish you eat - for some, it is suggested not to eat more than once a week, some other types only once a month. This is because there are some pollutants in the water, and because the fish eat different things for food, they contain different amounts of the pollutants in their bodies. Some ocean fish may have higher amounts of chemicals like mercury, so they wouldn't be good to eat too often.

You dont eat pet fish do you? You should post this to the health section. You shouldnt eat a lot of the same food everyday. YOu need different types of VITAMINS for improved health. And stop eating too much crap.

Eating fish is good for you. It is recommended that you don't eat fish from the same body of water close together though for fear of high mercury content..so if you vary the type of fish you eat and they aren't coming from the same lake or pond or general area you should be fine. I would ask your doctor about it first though to make sure, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions.

eat as much as you want.. however.... some types have high levels of mercury in them.
so if you eat a lot of fish, this is poisonous and can lead to a million problems such as miscarriages, anaemia and ohh plenty of other really REALLY bad problems.
the FDA has a limit on mercury levels allowed in fish, however, if you eat a lot of fish, obviously, youll be exposed to more mercury.
check out online which fish have lower levels and stick to those. as a general rule, the larger the fish, the more mercury they contain (because they eat other fish with mercury and it stays in the predators system)
