Notify the manager of the store of your injuries. The manager should report it to the store's liability insurance carrier. You should keep copies of all medical bills. No, the store will not make appointments for you for the doctor or hospital.

Once the store reports the potential claim to their insurance carrier, you will be contacted by an insurance adjuster.
