i was hurt int he store by an employee..i was a customer..my leg got red/greenish overnight?

my insurance at my job does not cover me off the job..it happened at a retail store..i dont work there, my leg is so sore, and I have to go back to my job tommorow but Im limping ..do i nicely ask them to send me to a doctor or do i just go and send them the bill..the employee didnt even say excuse me.
