It is not possible to lose a tampon in the vaginal cavity. The cervix, which is the opening of the uterus, is too small to allow a tampon to go up into the uterus. The only time that the cervix opens wide enough for anything to go in or out is when a doctor must use drugs to do it for say a d/c or when a woman is in childbirth. If you lost a tampon, the only way you could have lost it is if it fell out while in the restroom on the toilet and didn't see it or when you were changing your undergarments and it fell out.

Ive lost a tampon b4. It was like the last day of my period and I was through bleeding. U'll notice a strange discharge brown in color, removed the tampon and it was gone. Just feel around up there, hopefully u havent pushed it in too far.

personally, i would be a tad disturbed if i had put a tampon in and when i went to take it out it was MIA.
if you had sex with a tampon in and cannot locate said tampon, you've got a lost tampon on your hands.

u cant loose a tampon, but it can be pushed up, u just have to feel in there and try to get it out,

If the tampon you've found appears on milk cartons and/or those little flyers you get in the mail.

If after a few days it starts to smell.
Then if you think its in there go to a doctor,to get it out. Do not try to get out yourself.Because it expans in there and it can hurt you. It happens to alot of ladys.

Well, it can't get "lost"...
It's not like there isn't a wall in there to keep it there.
I'm sure you'd feel something uncomfortable in there...
