I don't think so. She was upset with James's behavior, not that it was Snape. If she did have feelings, Snape's response certain indicates it was a one-way romance.

I'm betting we learn a lot more about Lily after July 21!

Extremely Sorry.
Snape may have been in love with Lily, but not vice versa.

Lily must have come to Snape's rescue because she was a decent girl and did not want fighting (come to think about it, she may have stopped James hurting Snape, because she loved James and did not want HIM to get into trouble by hitting a useless fellow like snape.)

Lily is extremely good at potions DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN she loved Snape and shared his work.
As Horace Slughorn once said, there have been certain exceptional muggle borns who have great talent.May be Lily was one of them?
If you have the deep insight, you can see Hermione is EXTREMELY GOOD in all subjects.Does this mean She is in love with all those Good Students who get good marks in those very subjects?(Example--Maybe Neville Longbottom in Herbology?)

By the above theories , I conclude by saying that Lily Evans did not Love Severus Snape.

I think snape may have had a crush on her since she was the only one who was ever nice to him. I think she was just a kind person. Everyone seems to think that this is going to come up in the 7th book but I don't think it will.

I think the fondness went the other way around. I believe that Snape became smitten with her after she showed human compassion to him. Her relationship with James made him hate him all the more.

I suppose it's possible. It could also be the reason he is so mean to Harry. If Harry looks identical to James and James took Snape's lady, then...

nah. if you know anything about women you'll understand that when she came to resuce snape it was out of love for james not snape
and also i don't think they shared their work
plus if that was the case she would have married snape.
she and james were in love.
and i think jk made that very clear

noway, i am sure lily was such a nice girl that liked all students at hogwarts but that has nothing to do with love! thats why snape disliked her so much and called her mudblood. he hated seeing her feeling sorry for him,..
