Here's an idea. How about ultraviolation? Such an act could be characterized as ultraviolent and the systematic use of such behavior be called ultaviolence? If a color can be ultraviolet, why can't an infraction be ultraviolent?

A lot of "hate speech" is taken as absolute, with no grey area. Political correctness knows no bounds, unfortunately; not everything that can be related to ethnicity is hateful. Some people seem to prefer a world of silence, where nobody can say anything because it can be related to some form of hate speech. It's pretty ridiculous these days.
