False. Bacteria will then collect all over you body.
1 Year = Takes about 87 showers to fully clean yourself.
2 Years = Takes about 201 showers to fully clean yourself.
3 Years And Up = You don't want to know.
There is a way your body can clean itself though, you must use VERY hot water - hot enough to burn your skin to kill off the bacteria, or use a quick flame if your element fire. Not recommended though!
Hmm.. Why are you asking this?

I'd say no. However some body's are different and hygiene habits vary from person to person but with modern conveniences it is sorta expected to keep ones self clean regularly.

Yes. But I don't think that your body can clean all of your thighs by itself...you might want to help it out a bit.
