This is a major question that is far broader in scope than you might think.

First, the Preamble is just an introduction to the Constitution that states its purpose, but isn't actually "part" of it in any legal sense.

The First Amendment states:

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

So - you can have a religion or not, say or write what you wish, hang out with whoever you want so long as you aren't causing a disturbance, and complain if you feel that something is wrong.

Note that Supreme Court decisions determine the exact meaning of these rights.

No one part of the Constitution is more important than any other. The whole thing is a law that tells the government what it can and can't do.

The rights were enshrined by the constitutionalists so that Americans will live freely.

The rights to religion, speech, peaceful assembly and to air grievances were protected under the First Amendment to institutionalize against government regulation of the press.

The Bill of Rights protects the freedoms of the people without curtailment from the government.

All rights reserved, unless explicity ceded to government per the Constitution.
See the 9th Amendment.

I don't see the relationship of a conclusion to the facts presented.
In any case, the questions appear to be a school assignment and thus should be personally researched and answered by the one assigned to do so. Furthermore, one who does not fully understand the Constitution in order to defend their own rights does not deserve to keep them.
