Generally, you really have to provoke a snake to get bitten. Just leave the poor thing alone.

It is not the purpose of a snake to bite every human it sees.

Several reasons: some snakes are pretty passive, and won't bite unless really provoked. Some snakes have very small mouths and won't try to bite something as large as a person. Some snakes become very tame in captivity and used to being handled, and won't bite unless surprised and scared. Depends on the snake and the circumstances.

Only snakes in Khazakstan do this. Your grammer indicates that you come from there. Actually, the snakes proclavity to bite is more dependent on how threatened the snake is as to opposed to where they are touched. Black and indigeo snakes are quite easy to tame, and almost never bite.

Some snakes are constrictors, which means they'd rather squeeze you to death than bite you to death.
