Well, I am married to a really good-looking (everyone comments that he is handsome, it isn't just a personal opinion--I am definitely the homely one in our relationship) blond-haired, blue-eyed, fair-skinned all American man, but I have to admit that when my eyes wander, they wander to either Latin men or Arab men. I like 'em brown, with dark hair and eyes.
My greatest weakness (and this sounds absolutely silly) is Mexican American men who dress like chollos. If they are wearing pressed low-slung chinos and a white T-shirt or wife beater, and they have that black hair slicked back, and they smell like cologne, I am definitely going to be watching them. I almost ran into someone once when I was driving past a bus stop in the summer and there was a young guy dressed that way--he was gorgeous.

The most men who are beautiful, as far as I have seen in the US, live in South Beach, FL (Miami) and West Hollywood, CA...you will not believe how many gorgeous men there are in these places...the next more magnificent than the last...

I say this because of our diversity, we have people here from all over the world. Thus the more diversity, the more likely you are to find what you're looking for. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and we have something for every beholder because we're so diverse.

Sorry what was the question - I got distracted reading Very long Hair Freak's reply - did he/she make a mistake or are they trying to sabotage this page - funny in a non-sequitur sort of way lol
Anyway, it has to be Scotland, where real men are so confident in themselves that they wear kilts (and very little else apparently).
