Well, since Santa and the Tooth Fairy are fake, I suppose the alternative is the lesbian who has men friends, which is not hard to believe at all when you come to think of it. It would be just like a gay guy have 'girl' friends or a straight lady having female friends.

As for Lesbian that likes men...well, lesbians ARE lesbians, nothing much.^_^ They can be friend with anyone, whether be it men or women.
