Depending on where you live really dictates what the implications will be. The other person that said, "profanity in public is illegal" is a moron. Profanity in public is not illegal in most places. We have first amendment protection on speech and so we can for the most part say what we want.

There are a few exceptions. Yelling racial slurs in some areas can be construed as a hate crime. Screaming "fire" could get you in trouble for causing a riot or endangering the public, and these days the words bomb, blow up, terrorism, or any anti government slur can get you in trouble.

Probably no legal implications, as long as you keep driving, and don't run over anybody.

It's not as bad as having someone with a Username that is a racial slur, who claims in her profile to be "not a racist", plastered on the screen in front of your face when trying to read and answer questions.

Using profanity in public is illegal. It's up to the cop to decide whether to arrest you or not and it's up to judge whether or not the N-word is enough to fine you.

"Profane material is defined as including language that denotes certain of those personally reviling epithets naturally tending to provoke violent resentment or denoting language so grossly offensive to members of the public who actually hear it as to amount to a nuisance."

"Timothy Boomer was canoeing down the Rifle River in Michigan when he struck a rock, and was thrown overboard. Boomer began to curse persistently in such a loud voice that a police officer claimed to have heard him from a quarter-mile away. A man in a nearby boat testified that he, his wife and two young children were so appalled by the profane speech that they hurried away. The police officer ticketed Boomer, citing him for the violation."

Here, you can't say it around anyone under 14. What you really have to worry about is catching the wrong person on the wrong day.

None, as long as your not beating the hell out of him. Same for blacks yelling racial slurs.

There are none if you are not endangering (or threatening to endager) anyone with your speech, as far as I know.
