I am applying to graduate school in the fall, and I was wondering if graduate schools will look at my grades from junior college.

Graduate schools will want to see ALL of your college grades, including community college. But they only care about classes that are directly related to your planned area of study in grad school. So if you are applying to a biology program, and you got a C- in Intro to Drawing, they won't care.
