UGH! Why are people so rude here? I only get rude when provoked. I usually do not answer questions if I don't like the question.If I don't have something nice to say, I feel like it is best I do not answer. What are your thoughts?

I think they like the fact that they can do it without anyone knowing who they are.

I respectfully disagree. If a question is rubbing me the wrong way or is blatantly offensive to me then I will respond appropriately. Also, if a question reflects on the asker that he/she does not even bother to look up a simple piece of information then I'll tell them. And if the tone of a question is rude then I think that person should get what they asked for.
