this may seem silly and sad at the same time, but i had two golden retrievers and both have passed away in the last few years. my second was very sick at the end and as i was saying goodbye to him, i told him it was time to run and play with his sister now and to give her kisses for me.
(k, i'm bawling now! but it was a sweet question and it does make me smile too when i think of them... so thanks for reminding me of my babies!!)

"bye bye sofey, this is the last time i'm going to see you but you are going to a better place. I am going to miss you very much, and you have been the best dog ever". this is what i said to her before she was put down :( she had cancer and she was the last pet i've had. soo, that was the last thing I said to my pet.

Actually it wasn't our pet it was a friend's pet. I held him in my arms and told him
I loved him. He snuggled up ever so close. The next day he died. I think our animal friends know, don't they??

Stormie, if you don't stop peeing on the wall, I'm gonna...
I didn't finish it. He's a Yorkie and no matter how much you put him outside he comes in and pees on the wall in the hall. Dumb dog, but I love the little pedigree like he was my own kid!
