I know some stuff about computers but my knowledge is mostly on software, so sorry if some details are missing/screwed up. I have a linksys BEFSR41 router and Ambit U10C018 and 3 computers that connect to the internet at the same time and i need to know how to change my WAN or w/e address is 67.49.127.182 (the address that shows up at www.whatismyipaddress.com) and I need to be able to change it to be able to be changed within 5 minute intervals not 8 hours (i found a method telling me to release my address and let it go over night).

When you connect to your ISP the ISP assigns the IP address. The reason you have to "wait" overnight is for the IP cache from the ISP to expire so it will issue you a new one when a request it made.

Most home and commercial routers will issue the same IP to the same MAC address as long as the router cache has the information. SO to get a different PUBLIC ip you will need to talk to your ISP and see if they can set up a non-cache path for your system. (They will want a really good reason! Like exactly why you need to change your IP that often?)
You need to be aware that those IP's will all be from your ISP's assigned pool so you will find all of them issued will probably be in the 67.29.127.xxx range.

If you are trying to get past IP blocks you wont be successful with your idea -- the range will just get blocked.
The issued IP will always be traceable back to your ISP and thus to you.

If you want to change your outside Ip, or as you mentioned your WAN Ip you will have to contact your service provider for a pool of external IPs, so every time you want to change your ip you will only have to realese your ip and ask to you ISP DHCP server for a new one, of course a new ip from your ip pool. Or you can also set your new ip statically.

The only IP that you can manage without ask your Internet Service Provider are your internal IP, but in your case wouldn;t help cause no matter how many times you will change your internal ip for your internal network, they will always use the same Ip you see in IP whatsmyip.com
