You must be be talking about John Kerry, the Vietnam war "hero" who deserted his swiftboat crew by using the 3 purple heart rule to cut his 12 month deployment by 8 months. Kerry's "wounds" were of the bandaid variety and he did not spend even one day in sick bay. Lt(jg) Kerry, as a swiftboat commander, wrote his own reports which is how he came home looking like Audie Murphy with his medals.

Because of his antiwar activities after he returned from Nam, Kerry was AWOL from his Ready Reserve drills over a two year period (1971-1972) and received a less-than-honorable discharge. Kerry's discharge was upgraded to "honorable" in 1977 when Carter pardoned all draft dodgers.

Kerry was also a self-confessed war criminal. He was never charged.

Squawk, Squawk. (I know he's going to try and tell me how my math is all wrong on this!) He's Bush's BI*TCH!

Clinton was never in the military. So, they didn't get a chance to kick him out.

Just so chickenhawk doesn't get his panties further in a bunch, I've had my boots on the ground in sunny Baghdad for ten months and counting.
