After church I usually go to the mall to see all the sinners who don't have on their Sunday best. I then proceed to take out my bible and read it. If I taste bad energy I take out the vial of holy water around my neck, and throw it on them. Or slap them with my bible if that doesn't work...

Do you think I should continue to do the work of the lord in this manner?

Well........NO! Fire and brimstone is a time honored tradition. If the slapping and water don't get 'em try snakes like the Shakers in West Virginia do! They'll be praying to God they don't get bit by the 8ft rattle snakes. Go for the skaterboys and emos, they really need help! God's work is never done so keep up the good work cookie.

I understand your concern... And when a Christian is directed by God they will know how to direct the one they are talking to! The best thing I can tell a new and interested subject is: John 3:16. (paraphrased) God so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER calleth upon the name of the Lord will be saved! Those that do not believe are condemned already! TODAY is the Day of Salvation!!! We are commanded through the "Great Commission".... To go into all the world and tell lost the Gospel (Good News) of the Lord Jesus the Christ... The Son of the Living God! When a person accepts the Lord and they continually seek His face and His will.... They have a key that opens the "wisdom" of the Holy Bible in a way that is unimaginable! He takes the scales off our eyes! When we open the Bible with these "new" eyes... It's like receiving a breath of fresh air!!! Jesus is the "Breath of Life"! You do have a point... We Christians must ask the Lord to "prepare" the hearts of lost... So that they can receive and understand the Word of the Lord! You can say the same things and tone down your language a bit! Sincerely, W.C.

Yes. This may be becuase I am Christian, but that is WRONG. If someone has sinned or is not a believer, then let God handle it or, better yet, pray for them at night. However, slapping with a bible and throwing holy water is taking religion into very strong measure, measures that don't need to be taken and that God does not want you too. Try converting them or talking to them, but do not get physical. Show your religion compassionately, not aggressively in order to get the results that you want.

I know that your Jerry Falwell's sex toy ,and you only go to the mall so you can find and seduce another ageing televangelist. He has not even been buried yet and you are trying to be the wh0re of Jezebel. I will accuse you of killing Jerry with your sexual energy .You would not take " I can't " for an answer. He had a heart attack while you wer doing reverse cowgirl on the poor man. Keep your Holy water and your Bible to yourself . I will forgive you because I'm a good Christian . My flock will say a prayer for you at our next Snake -Handlers meeting. God Bless you Cookie.

Perhaps you need to read that Bible and listen to the words yourself. None of what you're doing is what Christ taught you to do.

You say that you see all the "sinners". Um, I hate to break this to you, but you too are a sinner. You might be saved, but that's the only thing keeping you out of the fire. You're not one to point fingers at another. You're there to bring Christ's message, and that is the need for a Savior. And the first place to start, is looking in the mirror.

you are acting like the religious leaders of Jesus' time. It is ok to preach to people that believe already bc/ from time to time they need "rebuke" as long as you are doing it lovingly. What you are doing is the devil's work. You are proving that non-believers are completely right about Christianity and pushing people farther from the Kingdom of God. If we are the hands, feet, mouth, etc...of God - as His ambassadors, we are representing Him on earth. We are to bring heaven to earth and spread hope. If God gives us all the choice to accept or deny Him what makes you think you will ever be able to force someone else to accept him and even if you could do you think forced religion has every saved anyone? If you want to learn how to witness - pray that God would bring people who are open to hear what you say into their lives and then speak with love and understanding. If you spout off your judgements against others you may be judged more harshly. I'd say study up on your Bible more bc/ this "witnessing" sounds like someone who doesn't know their stuff.

It is not a function of being wrong but are you being kind?
Is it necessary to make people believe what you believe?
Is it appropriate to throw holy water at others?
Is it your job to instruct people on how to live their lives?

I cannot tell you how to do God's work what I can say is you seem to be going about it and not making a lot of friends unlike Jesus who made many friends.

You should most definitely not continue in this manner!

Tape recording a favorite section of the Bible would allow you to get your throat some rest, and a spray bottle would vastly improve cleansing efficiency. Best of luck!

I would not do that. U can get beat up for that. I'm christian to and they way I show people Jesus love is just showing his fruit. On my old softball team the girls were so bratty. But I had to just smile at them and go on w/ my life. They hated it but o well. U can share ur faith to the hill, but not everyone is going to listen. If u want to share ur faith then get involve with outreaches. That's what I do.

yes. The Bible shall not be used as a weapon. You're pretty saying if your not Chrsitian i hate you. I myself am a Christian. You should be an evangelist like Billy Graham of something. I think thats a better way.
