I'm listening to Paul Simon right now, I don't know why but it makes my heart happy! (koda-chroo-oo---om) What a weird choice, right?

What about you?

Well- "rainbow connection" sung by Kermit the Frog always makes me happy, but if you are looking for an actual Genre- Rock Steady Ska is pretty cheerful. Although, Sigur Ro's has to be the Ultimate High. Yeap!!! Check out Any Sigur Ro's pre "Takk" album. If you don't get goose bumps you have no emotions.

"Kodachrome" is definitely a happy-all-over song, especially when I think back on all the crap I learned in high school. . .

Pop songs from the late '70s and early '80s had this quality. "Whenever I Call You Friend" by Kenny Loggins and Stevie Nicks is another good example.

OMG! Talk about weird choices! The song that makes me happy all over is Thunderkiss '65 by White Zombie. Rob Zombie's Dragula does it too.
