Our whole apartment is like an ice box all year long! In the summer we have a space heater running and/or all the doors and windows open!
Its a basement apartment and the people upstairs have the thermostat. It is much warmer up there!

Nope, I live in a one bedroom apartment. So whatever the temp it the same through out.
