Any ride that goes in circles makes me barf in my pants. However, I did take my son for a ride on one recently. I didn't barf in my pants that time -- for the boy.

Yes, I like the carousels, but my 3 y/o son LOVES them. I still need to get on them with him as he is a little short to ride on his own. Last week, at the zoo mind you, there was a carousel. My son jumped onto the giraffe, the operator told us that it did not go up and down. My son wanted off, to get on one that did go up and down. Yes, no fun just going 'round and 'round - it has to go up and down.

I've always loved riding the painted ponies. Even to this day. I try to find a way to get away with it. Am I crazy for that or just plain silly?

I'm 29 and if I don't ride it at least once a week, I go mental.
I love the carousel.
