have you ever had an experience that could only be described as "supernatural"?

Yes, I do, and yes I have. But I don't think it's necessary to have a 'supernatural' experience to believe in magic, just look around you, every day there is magic at work, things neither science nor faith can explain.

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic"

If you don't know how it's done. It's magic to you.

Aleister Crowley Had a parable which he claimed explained western religion and/or civilization:
A solider found himself on a long train ride in a compartment also occupied by a middle-aged gentleman with a perforated box on his lap. The Solider tried to strike up a conversation by asking
"Excuse me sir, but what do you have it that box?"
"It is a bit presumptuous of you to ask young man but there's no harm in telling you, it's a mongoose" said the gent
"Isn't that a rather exotic pet for England?"
" It is not so much as a pet but as a cure"
"A cure?"
"Well as a perfect stranger I imagine I can divulge a family secret. You do not know me and I doubt we will meet again. My younger brother is a bit of a wastrel and the black sheep of the family. He's taken to gambling and whoring and both drinking heavily and taking drugs. It seems he's developed Delirium Tremens, he imagines he sees poisonous snakes everywhere. So I am bringing the mongoose to help him."
"But sir, Don't you realize these snakes are imaginary?"
"So is the mongoose."

In the eighties I had a lover who professed to be knowledgeable in the craft. I used to tease her about it. After a while, it became weird because the things she said would happen, however unlikely, always came to pass. But it always seem to come about in a most natural way, as if she had influenced, somehow, the natural world. She was not psychic. I watched her once casting a spell; peeked in on her. We lasted only six months together. Two passionate souls like fire and gasoline we were. But she started me on the path. Eventually I used spell-craft with some success. It is an art of symbolism, like poetry. Thing is, it takes more focus and discipline than I am ready to give most of the time now, as a husband and father. It's no wonder to me that the traditional image of a sorcerer/ess is one of a loner, free attachments.

Yes, I believe in magick.

Magick is the art and occult science of focusing will and emotions to effect change in the world around and the world within. Magick will only take the path of least resistance. Magick is neutral. Only the intentions of the person crafting the magick are good or bad.

The base of much that happens on this Earth is Magick, though some wish to call one of the minor areas of Magick, miracles.

Gravity is Magick in that it is not scientifically explicable.

Is a frog or fish able to change their gender from male to female if there are not enough of the needed genes anything but natural Magick and supernatural.

Is knowing someone you have never met before is a friend, Magick?

I practice Magick, as I believe a few on this forum may know.

There can also be Magick in the written word.

You are asking two different questions. Magic is part of the Occult Arts. It is only practiced by Adepts,Wizards,Witches, and those deeply spiritual people who understand pure magic. Normally these people would never divulge their secrets. The trick magician, conjuror, illusionist,is not in that category. It is obvious that Jesus Christ used magic. Christians prefer the word- Miracle. As far as Supernatural is concerned; I have had many. I was for many years a Ghost-Buster in my country-New Zealand. You are welcome to email me with any questions. This site will direct your questions. I also have written a book entitled- Ghosts & Mysteries of Hawkes Bay. This is the region I live in, in NZ.

If I didn't believe in magic I would suck at quidditch. And being in the middle of the Tri-wizard tournament, I definitely cannot be having that.
