Do you dream in black & white or color or VIVID color? Do you sometimes scream or punch and kick in your sleep

I usually dream in color.

I don't kick or scream, but only once in my life I woke up punching; someone was attacking my wife.

I always dream in vivid color, never in black and white. I know that I talk and sometimes yell in my sleep as my family has told me that I do so. I've woken up while dreaming with tears in my eyes when having a sad dream or a painful dream. Once I rolled off my bed onto the floor during a dream. Finally, I often kick off my blankets while sleeping.

I usually dream in color or vivid color. I talk, answer questions, walk in my sleep. I fight with my sheets without punching but I do tend to kick and roll around a lot.

I dream in both black and white, and color. I usually have what seem to be movies that play in my head when I sleep. Sometimes I remember them, sometimes I don't - I get frustrated when I only remember little parts. And I don't think I have ever screamed or punched, maybe kicked. When in college, one of my roommates and I used to carry on conversations in our sleep.

I dream in color, but not in vivid color. Instead I have extremely vivid dreams. You could make a movie or write a book out of some of my dreams.
I don't get physical in my sleep anymore, but I do talk in my sleep. If my boyfriend hears me talking in my sleep, he'll try talking to me to see what I'll say. He'll ask me questions like what do I see, where am I, who's there. Usually my responses don't make any sense. It would be great if he tape recorded me. I always wanted to know what I said and how I sound like.
When I was younger, I used to wake up screaming and jumping out of bed because I thought there were bugs all over my bed. It felt so real. It would take me a full minute to realize that nothing was on my bed, but before that minute was up, I swear I could see ants and spiders covering my whole bed. I would be brushing my arms and jumping up and down trying to get the imaginary bugs off of me.

Consider this.. if we are born to see and live in color why then should we dream in black and white? I talk in my sleep on occasion yes.
