Yes, I think so. The parliament has an inanimous decision to force private channels who have bought telecast rights to share the feed of all of India's cricket matches with Doordarshan.

DD always says "two hoots to Test Cricket". They absolutely don't care about Test matches and forget about watching them unless you have Neo Sports.

No. Priyaranjan Dasmunsi said that only highlights will be shown of tests in foreign countries. Highlights is better than live coz it saves time and does not show the boring dot balls.
