I had an old computer with it hooked and installed properly on it and now I got a new computer and lost the CD for it, does anyone know where i can download the setup and installation guide?

The WG111 is likely from Netgear.

If so, go to http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/WG111.asp in their support page for the drivers.

Yes, you can go to the manufacturer's sight to download the latest drivers. I would have provided a link but you don't mention the brand.
