ny small court?

Hello all, my question here, I loan a co-worker 2000.00 , yes interest is included he sign an agreement and I also have two witnesses , he should have pay the first part of 2 on the 15 of may and he two many excuses, what do I do and where do I go. Thanks in advance for your advise.

1. No matter what you do, get it in writing.
2. Try to work out things without going to court.
While most small-claims court will decide in your favor, they do not act as a collection agency. The best you might do is get a judgement which shows up on your friend's credit report, which is probably shi--y already.
3. Don't do it again.
