Knew it was gonna happen...I posted last week about the overcrowding issue in Calif. She may not even spend the whole 23 days....for every good day, w/out incident, they take a day off her sentence, so figure 11 days served, if even that. Theres a possibility that she can enter the jail, sit in the holding tank, while being processed which can take up to 8 hrs, & than be release right afterward, because of overcrowding. With her celebrity status, this just may happen. It happened w/Michelle Rodriguez (Girl Fight). She was sentenced to 65 days for the same charges as Paris, went in, was released after 8 hrs. I will picket/revolt, if this happens to her, because U & I know, if it were u or I, they would find room under the jail if they had to for our butts to have to stay in...lol

i hate that just bc of who she is. if it were any other blue collar citizen they would have to spend 90 days in jail even if it was overcrowded. they would have found a place for that person. they are all talkin about how traumatized she is big freakin woopdydoo. think of how traumatized a family would have been if they killed there little girl or little boy or any other family member at that. people that are all into the celebrity thing needs to grow up all they got is a bit of money and they get their way and i think that is what appeals to most, but for me the celebrities make our society suck. she should have been given the maximum sentence and not a fine since she has money she would not have learned a darn thing from it. and they should follow through with the sentencing. all this says is if you have money then you are above the law, or if you killed someone then the jails are too crowded and you dont have to serve your time for murder. 8 hours timed served is absolutley ridiculous.

i'm completely with you. i think of it became into the two CNN or MSNBC that ought to somewhat cut loose from the Paris tale in the present day to inform the international that the guy working THE warfare has stepped down and is being replaced. It became into like 5 seconds of that, then "Now back to the paris hilton tale" My God! it fairly is a shame that Hollywood takes precidence over the pentagon in a time of warfare. by applying the way, what does "gutta" mean?

She should stay her butt in jail if it were anyone else we would have 2, 3,4 years to sit in jail. I am sick and tired of seeing celebrities getting off with just a slap on the wrist. She should 2 or 3 years. Our Justice System has really let us down.

I am disappointed as well. There's a sheriff in Arizona that says she can stay at his place. He keeps all of his inmates in tents and they wear pink jumpsuits.

Send her up here. The pear packing plant has plenty of openings and there's a spare cot in the garage with her name on it!

I did hear that. I am not that disappointed, as 23 days is a lot more than a lot of people expected she would serve!
