http://www.adobe.com/flashplayer

Follow the instructions on-screen.

If you are still having trouble, you will need to go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and find anything that says something like "Macromedia Flash" or "Adobe Flash" and uninstall it. Then go back to the website linked to above and install again.

Also, if you're going to post a question on the English Y! Answers, you might want to write something that's more than barely intelligible.

No, flash player is free. Download the Flash Player Uninstaller here:

Shut down your browser, then run the Flash Uninstaller. Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall Java.
Reboot, then go to www.java.com to install the latest Java runtime and www.adobe.com to install the latest flash player.
Reboot, If you still keep getting the message, go to Control Panel > Internet Options, Advanced tab, and click on "Restore advanced defaults", then restart your browser.

Go to http://www.java.com/en/ Download the latest java runtime environment. It will install it's self. Reboot and you should be ok.
