I'm not sure where to begin. What will happen to Rose or Bernard now that they are back in sight? Who are those 2 women and will they kill Charlie? Where is Locke? And based on the previews, will Desmond's vision come true?
What are your theories?

I think they are gonna make Rose a regular, she is "special" like Locke, But unfortunately, Bernard will die. I think Sayid and Jin will die also. Desmond has said Charlie is gonna die so many times that the only way the show could surprise us now, is to have Charlie live. And we all know how much this show loves to surprise us!
I think Desmond will eventually figure out that the reason he gets these visions from God is because he is supposed to intervene and prevent them from happening.
The 2 women are just "others" But I'm gonna check the tape to be sure they are not the "2 birds" that Charlie was sleeping with in the flashback scene when Liam gave Charlie the ring.
Maybe we will see what happens to Locke in the season finale next week or (oh noooooo) we will have to wait until next season!

It was a good show, but sort of confusing there at the very end when Desmond volunteered to go in Charlie's place... what the heck was that. Desmond is the one that told Charlie he had to die or they wouldn't be rescued (like it would change the course of events) ... why the sudden mind change? It also seemed really unnatural that Charlie would just stand up and knock him out, instead of simply saying "No, I'll go". Desmond being knocked out obviously has something to do with the finale or next season's episodes. I'm guessing Charlie isn't going to die, but Desmond is going to assume he did- and deliver his note to Claire. Charlie will resurface later as some sort of "hero" (just like the lady in front of the convent told him he was). I have no clue what will happen to Rose or Bernard- but Locke has probably pulled a Rambo by now and removed his own bullet. He's probably in route to the camp, knife in his teeth, with the black smoke in tow. :)

Bernard will get killed when the tent attack goes bad through betrayal by Jack's "Other" girlfriend.
Those two women are Ben's private jamming team that he doesn't want even his own people to know about and Charlie will make a break for the button and then the station will flood and he will drown.
Locke is not dead. The island will heal him and he will have almost invincibility power but it will go to his head and he will be crazy. Or Ben's daughter may go treat him.

The girls that took aim at Charlie are the twins from the boat way back when(from what I could tell) Locke is in a pit of dead bodies, evil, scary guy Ben shot him, not sure he is dead though, that is still up in the air.
