There is a researched answer here, from someone who's more educated and interested in the story of Jean d'Arc than myself: http://www.stjoan-center.com/cbsjoan/cbsrevie.html . However, this is a biased opinion so take into account that it's quite possible that it is wrong.

My personal opinion is it would be a miracle if an 18-year-old girl was not raped by one of the 200-pound guards in a medieval prison. However, such a miracle is not beyond the realm of possibility, given the other incredible events of her life.

Joan of Arc advance into burned on the stake whilst she advance into basically 19. She is seen the proper national heroine of France. She led the resistance to the English and Burgandians in the 2nd era of the Hundred Years' conflict. She advance into the "visionary" daughter of a plowman who led French armies to victory over the English at Orleans in 1429, and opened the way for the coronation of Charles VII at Reims. She advance into condemned as a heretic via an English-ruled church courtroom in 1431 and burned. formally rehabilitated later in an analogous century, she advance into declared a saint via Pope Benedict XV in 1920.

There was a History Channel Doco which said they raped her whilst she was in prison as a way to break her resolve.
That doesn't mean it was true and I doubt any documentation would be found to actually confirm a yes or no

Scholars generally believe that she was raped in prison AFTER she exchanged her male clothing for female attire.

Since her jailers were all male, and prisoners had no rights at all, it would have been unusual for her NOT to have been raped.

There's no record she was ever raped. She was a high-value prisoner and the English wanted maximum propaganda value. Your teacher is a bs artist.

Rape was common in prison back then -most women who were put there were prostitutes so the guards probably did rape her.

While I can't say for certain, I wouldn't be surprised.

A woman leading troops in those days would have been treated quite poorly by her enemies.
