Yes I have. It's kinda fun to show her up sometimes and cook a great seafood meal instead of the same old stuff she gets stuck in a rut cooking.

I'm not a man, but my boyfriend bought a book called "Will Cook For Sex" The food in it is simple and great and would make an excellent date meal (or a morning after breakfast!). It's not all about sex for anyone offended by such things either, he just uses the excuse of dating to teach guys how to cook. Since this book my boyfriend has experimented and come up with his own stuff, and it's great!

BBQ is cooking dinner!!!!!! It takes more work than turning on the stove or oven and my wife likes it better too!

Don't dis the Grillmaster!

I have also cooked other things "off the grill".
My specialties are omelettes and chili!

i think its seriously time that men got up, off their lazy butts and did something sweet i.e. cook dinner, for their wife's.
i think that men should really consider the fact that their lady works her butt off to get their crap done (and extra nice ladies do it without complaining) ..
from a cultural aspect, a lady shud do the house work inc. dinner, without complaining, as the hubby wud be out working hard earning enough money to feed and kee the family alive, AND give a little something special to his wife.
if he doesnt earn enough money for both things, then he should prioritise his money to keep his family alive, and instead ''repay'' the wife by giving up some of his time, rather than money, for her.

but how many of us do that nowadays?

Yep, In our house the Kitchen is mine. The old stays out as much as possible. And if by chance she gets in my way I throw her out of the kitchen.
