All depending on the signs that you have. If you have sore breasts , possible nausea , more freguent urination and you have missed a period it is possible that you are not far enough along to get a positive test. However if could be a number of things such as a tubal pregnancy i would see your doctor asap because some of these things could be dangerous to your health. good luck

PMS also has many of the symptoms pregnancy does aswell as stress which could also lead to a missed period. I would advice if symptoms persist you visit your dr as it could be something medical that needs attention

Do you want to be pregnant? It could all be psychological. Its happened to me before that I wanted it so much , my body showed all the symptoms. Its called a "phantom pregnancy"

You know, that happened to me recently and I knew I couldn't possibly be pregnant. It's likely hormone surges.
