Classy is often define in my world as "simple but elegant" I have had several dozen millionaires explain the design of their facades as such... and it always makes me laugh.
Classy is really a fabricated thought based upon who has control, or rather power.
Ive designed several dozen different facades for homes and each time someone says classy, simple and elegant... i give them something different and unique... and as ugly as someone can believe it to be... someone in power.. says they like = therefore it is.

I think someone who is smart and does things without being asked is "classy". Someone who knows the little touches that makes something perfect.

Someone who is impeccably dressed with their own sense of style, clothing understated but definitely never out of style. A person who speaks their mind but is quiet and considerate about it- someone who does not have to be obvious to get noticed. I think of Gweneth Paltrow, Kate Blanchett, Audrey Hepburn, Nicole Kidman.

It's all about attitude, and I don't believe it can be learned...people either have it or they don't. Someone "classy" is basically someone who knows who they are and isn't ashamed of it, and also someone with a good attitude about life. Someone who's not self-involved, but who is confident in who they are.
