you guys arent understanding where im going with this.
i just like to see them battle it out. of course i dont like the lies and the crap we end up with later but its just so funny to watch "dignified" people put each other down.
its irony at its peak! its like these supposedly dignified people are basically having and argument that goes like:
"im better"
"no im better"
"NO, IM BETTER"
"what are you talking about, you SUCK"
and political cartoons/ music just make fun of them AND the crap that comes afterwards.

IMO: No. Political cartoons many times use witty humor to portray a political experience. many times to mock a guy or woman, make relaxing of an experience. resembling what it is doing yet its how its represented and provided. This comedian is largely a typical mock. No humor or wit in contact. Low point at terrific it is purely poking relaxing at Bush.

I liked the Governor Huckabee comment about the haircut controversy with Edwards... Too funny.
Yes, politics is funny but the joke is usually on us!
Just like the joke about pro is the opposite of con therefore Progress is the opposite of Congress!

I love the political humor of Amy Poehler. I have to follow politics in order to understand it.
She's much smarter than John Stewart and all the rest, because it's not just old Polish jokes refurbished as Bush jokes. Clever as she is, she can make me laugh at anyone.

I love them. One of our (my husband's and mine), good friends does political cartoons for the local paper. Most are pretty funny. Even when I dont agree with his view I see the irony in the cartoon.

It is definitely one of the more entertaining spectales out that one can occupy one's mind with! And it never ends and there is no limit to the amount of information that reveals itself. It can be maddening and hilarious and it effects us in ways that celebrities and fashion don't.
