I'd go back to the time where my mother started to smoke & make her hate it, so she wouldn't have died from cancer in 1996.

I wouldn't change a thing. I believe everything happens for a reason and to change something in the past would mean to possibly change life as we know it. I have been through many trials and tribulations but those things have made me who I am today. Yes,there are things I wish I could forget but I was made stronger for all that I went through.
I know this might not be the answer you're looking for but I wouldn't change anything nor would I want to be anyone else.

I would change absolutely nothing.
I may have made the stupidest mistakes a person could ever commit, however it's all part of life. If I had not made any grave mistakes, I never would've learned something great of a value.
If I would change something in the past, I don't think I would be the person that I am right now.

I'd do exactly the same as BIG RED - only I'd go back & stop my Dad ever smoking. If he'd never started he'd have been a lot less likely to die of lung cancer.
If I couldnt change what happened to Dad
The other thing I'd like to have changed is I'd have tried to stop an old friend getting together with a certain boyfriend because when she dumped him he murdered her.

I would go back to myself around age 5 so I could see my family all together. Before my sisters got married and when we were all sitting around the dinner table with my parents 30 years younger. Not that I want to change anything...I just want to remember. Boy do I sound sappy!

I would go back in time to cool the cup of coffee that burnt my beautiful mums lips fifteen minutes before she died, the memory of her saying to me "ooh that's hot I will have to leave it to cool" haunts me, I cry when I think about it. Bless her I didn't realise that the coffee was so hot I wouldn't have hurt her for the world.

I'd be my father. In the 24 hours, I would talk to me (his daughter) and tell me how much I was loved. My father would decide to stay with his family and love us.
